Madde 1- 1323 (1907) sene-i maliyesinde te’sis edilmiş olan Fenerbahçe Spor Kulübü 1329 (1912-13) sene-i maliyesinde cemiyetler kanunu ahkâmına tevfikan hükumetin müsaade-i resmiyesini istihsâl eylemişdir.

Madde 2- Kulübün takib etdiği maksad ve gaye memleketde terbiye-i bedeniye ve fikriyenin taʻmimine çalışmak ve şebân-ı vatanı mübâreze-i hayata ve meşakk ve esfâr-ı askeriyeye alışdırmakdır.

Madde 3- Kulüp biʼl-hassa askerî idmanlar icrası ve millî oyunların taʻmîm ve ıslâhı esbabına teşebbüs edecek ve endâht tecrübeleri icrasına müsaid pavyonlar te’sis ve küşadına çalışacakdır.

Madde 4- Kulüp terbiye-i bedeniyenin fevâ‘id-i maddiyye ve maneviyesini enzâr-ı umumiyede isbat ve spor merakının Memâlik-i Osmaniyede ta‘ammüm esbâbını te’min ve istihsâl için indeʼl-icab vilâyâta ve Osmanlı gençleri ile Avrupa gençleri arasında te’sis-i münasabat maksadıyla fırsat zuhurunda memâlik-i ecnebiyeye seyahatler icra ve icab-ı hâle göre müsabakalar ve oyunlar tertib ve i‘tâ eyleyecekdir.

Madde 5- Kulüp hiçbir sebeb ve suretle siyasiyat ile iştigâl ve icraat ve muamelâtında hiçbir fırka-i siyasiyenin âmâl ve teşebbüsatına iştirak etmeyecekdir.
