Description
Italiano: Fascere esposte nel Museo etnografico "Petit Monde", museo etnografico sulla civiltà contadina di montagna in località Triatel di Torgnon, Valle d'Aosta, Italia. Le fascere sono usate durante il processo tradizionale di fabbricazione della fontina. La fascera è composta di un cerchio di faggio (o altro legno) con delle tacche all'interno per renderlo flessibile e un sistema di chiusura di legno e corda a tirante; la fascera era ed è usata per tenere la cagliata durante la pressatura per far fuoriuscire il siero.
