| Description |
English: Two channel fluorescence measurement of the FRET-bases cGES-DE5 cGMP biosensor. Upon addition of the NO donor SNAP at t0 a conformational change of cGES-DE5 with an association of its YFP and CFP units can be observed that results in an increased YFP fluorescence and a decreased CFP fluorescence due to Förster resonance energy transfer.
