Description
Deutsch: Frankfurt am Main, Stadtteil Rödelheim: Der Ginkgo in Rödelheim ist ein im Jahr 1750 gepflanztes Exemplar der aus China stammenden Baumart Ginkgo biloba. Der rund 18 Meter hohe Einzelbaum steht in Alt-Rödelheim auf dem Grundstück des Petrihauses am Ufer des Flusses Nidda, gegenüber dem Brentanopark. Dieser Ginkgobaum gilt als das älteste Exemplar seiner Art in Deutschland und hat den Status eines Naturdenkmals. Der Baum ist nur eingeschränkt für die Öffentlichkeit zugängig.
