Summary[edit]

Description
English: Bristol, VT: The power and fury of water on a rampage is evident in the Palmer Trailer Court Park here. On June 27, 1998, the New Haven River jumped its streambed due to heavy flooding and cut a new path through the heart of the park. FEMA, the state, local government and willing trailer park residents are working on a buyout of those displaced by the flooding.
