Description
English: Nashville, TN, August 5, 2010 -- FEMA writer Michael Osborne interviews Nashville business owner Murph Wanca, who received a Small Business Administration (SBA) loan that allowed him to rebuild and reopen his business after the severe storms and flooding that struck Tennessee in May 2010.
