Description
English: Madison, TN, May 29, 2010 -- Community Affairs Coordinator for TEMA, Gary Lima leads his boyscout troop #460 to place flags on graves in the Tennessee National Memorial Cemetery to mark the celebration of Memorial Day. TEMA and FEMA are partners responding to severe storms and flooding that damaged or destroyed thousands of homes across Tennessee in May 2010. David Fine/FEMA
