Description
English: Spanish Grant, TX, April 15, 2010 -- A home in Spanish Grant, TX is about to be torn down as part of the the buy out program being sponsored by FEMA and the State of Texas. Residents who chose to participate in the buyout program are paid fair market value of their homes and the home is demolished.
