Description
English: Columbus Junction, IA, June 14, 2008 -- Local residents look down at the hastily built sandbag dike which is currently holding back water from the swollen Cedar and Iowa rivers, which meet in Columbus Junction. The dike could fail when high water from both rivers arrive here in a day or two. Photo by Greg Henshall / FEMA
