Description On Saturday, June 25, 2016, FBI Special Agent in Charge Randy Thysse, Public Affairs Specialist Sandy Breault, and FBI employees joined the Omaha police chief and police officers to march in the Heartland Pride Parade in Council Bluffs, Iowa. The Heartland Parade is the largest celebration in the metropolitan area and provides an important and valuable opportunity for law enforcement agencies that value diversity to demonstrate this value in a positive way.
