FBI Director James B. Comey provides remarks at a press conference in front of the Birmingham Civil Rights Institute (BCRI) May 25, 2016 in Birmingham, Alabama. Comey provided remarks earlier in the day on civil rights and law enforcement earlier in the day at the historic 16th Street Baptist Church across the street. Comey's speech was part of a two-day conference co-sponsored by the FBI and BCRI. The conference theme "Race and Law Enforcement: It's More Than Just Black and White" expands on previous lessons and discussions from conferences of years past.
