Description
English: Competition catalogue: Photo of the shop window of F. A. Schumann. Porcelain goods shop. Participation in the Berlin shop window competition 1910. Award: none. Evaluation text in the appendix (traslated): "The window shows a fully equipped kitchen for the middle-class household in an appropriate design of furniture and appliances and appropriate price range. The furniture has simple, yet modern and tasteful shapes, is glazed in natural colours and decorated with white tile inlays; the containers for provisions, spoon boards, etc. match the furniture."
Deutsch: Wettbewerbskatalog: Foto des Schaufensters von F. A. Schumann. Porzellanwarenhandlung. Beteiligung am Berliner Schaufensterwettbewerb 1910. Prämierung: keine. Bewertungstext im Anhang: "Das Fenster zeigt eine komplett eingerichtete Küche für den bürgerlichen Haushalt in entsprechender Ausführung der Möbel und Geräte und angemessener Preislage. Die Möbel haben einfache, aber dabei moderne und geschmackvolle Formen, sind naturfarbig lasiert und mit weissen Kacheleinlagen verziert, passend zu denselben sind die Behälter für Vorräte, die Löffelbretter usw."
