Summary[edit]

Description A rear view of a McDonnell Douglas F-4J Phantom II (BuNo 153088) of U.S. Navy Air Test and Evaluation Squadron VX-4 parked on the flight line at Naval Air Station Point Mugu, California (USA) on 1 March 1976. The aircraft has been painted in a Bicentennial theme, comemmorating the 200th anniversary of the American Revolution. Note that the F-4J is fitted with an infra-red seeker under the radar cone normally only used on the F-4B/N.
