Description A U.S. Navy Grumman F-14B Tomcat aircraft (BuNo 161426) from Fighter Squadron VF-143 Pukin Dogs flies over the desert as an oil well burns in the background following the 1991 Gulf War. VF-143 was assigned to Carrier Air Wing 7 (CVW-7) aboard the aircraft carrier USS Dwight D. Eisenhower (CVN-69) for a deployment to the Mediterranean Sea an die Indian Ocean from 8 March to 12 September 1990.
