Description
English: Puck magazine cartoon. Governor David Hill of New York refuses to recognize Morgan Bulkeley as governor and entitled to request an extradition. The reference is to the disputed 1890 governor's race in Connecticut, which caused Bulkeley to hold over in office when the Democrats claimed their candidate had won.
