| Description |
English: Exposed by a low tide. A few metres further seawards from > 793094 - half buried in the centre of its own little island of sand - this large pot-shaped object is exposed at exceptionally low water. Could both have come from the same source? In the distance (to the west) one of the stone spits forming this bay can be seen > 794767; a stone-topped band or ridge that connects the two spits at their seaward ends can just be glimpsed as a dark line, with only the very top visible above the water, breaking the waves. |
