Description

Dr. Getahun Muluneh, an Ethiopian veterinarian, and U.S. Army Capt. Heather Stone, 448th Civil Affairs Battalion Functional Specialty Team veterinarian, discuss animal treatment during a veterinary civic action program (VETCAP) clinic Oct. 27, in Hirna, Ethiopia. VETCAPs strengthen the capabilities of community-based animal health workers, ensure livestock health, enhance economic stability and develop trust and confidence with partner nations.
