Summary[edit]

Description
English: Following a German Tradition in the state of Saxony (Area called "Erzgebirge" to be exact) in winter or Christmas time people in that region place some arts or crafts work with electrical lights or candles in their windows at home. This is a vector graphics template of such a "Erzgebirgischer Schwibbogen". I am providing this now since I described how to build such a Schwibbogen on Wikibooks late in 2004. I get emails approx. 10 times per year since 2004 from people requesting a high quality template (e.g. for usage on plotters). So here is a simplified version that should be appropriate for such usage. Although often the already existing *.png version on German wikibooks is quite good to start own crafts work, too. See http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Erzgebirgischer_Schwibbogen and http://de.wikibooks.org/wiki/Werken_mit_Holz for more detailed information. Have fun... I would appreciate to get a photo of your work if you build a Schwibbogen on your own using this template. If you don't mind.
