Description
English: Ereiniog viewed across Maes-y-Llech This former farmhouse is more than three hundred years old and was the home of the late 18th century poet and satirist Edward Powel, a ardent Anglican. After his death, his son Siontyn was evicted from the farm because of his adherence to Calvinistic Methodism. See also 279944.
