Summary[edit]
DescriptionEntrance to road to Holt Hall Farm - geograph.org.uk - 1084385.jpg |
English: Entrance to road to Holt Hall Farm This is the entrance to the private road (but public footpath) to Holt Hall Farm. It was constructed in its present form when this stretch of the M42 was built, otherwise the farm would have had no access from Trinity Road.
There used only to be a farm track leading to Holt Hall Farm, though it was tarmacced; I remember walking up it one stormy night when I was a lad - I discovered subsequently that a cow was killed that night when an electric cable blew down and electrocuted it - so I may have had a narrow escape. |
