Claiming 'green' credentials due to its location and design which maximises the use of wind and sun to minimise energy usage in both summer and winter. Features include solar glazing, natural ventilation, ground source heat and cooling pump systems, heat recovery devices and low energy fittings etc Maybe that explains why it felt cold inside that day! |
