English: A perchmant stating that Emperor Charles VI confirmed to Jiří Ježíšek, a farmer from Orlová, the free estate in Orlová, which he received by privilege from Joachym Bludovský of Dolní Bludovice and Orlová on 3 May 1651.
Seals: Red round Habsburg seal in a brown wax dish, housed in a wooden case, attached to a yellow silk cord, heavily damaged, on the breast of the crowned eagle a quartered shield with a central shield, encircled by a medal of the Orders of the Golden Fleece, in the central shield a complex family coat of arms of the Habsburgs, in the first and fourth fields Hungarian crests, in the second and third fields a Bohemian lion, on the wings of the eagle six provincial emblems from the right: Moravia, Luxembourg, Upper Lusatia, Upper Bohemia, Lower Lusatia, Silesia, CAROLVS . VI . D : G . EL . ROM () DVX ().
Čeština: Císař Karel VI. potvrzuje Jiřímu Ježíškovi, orlovskému sedláku, svobodný statek v Orlové, ktrerý obdržel privilegiem od Joachyma Bludovského z Dolních Bludovic a Orlové dne 3. května 1651.
