Español: Elmer Rivera Godoy, es abogado, folklorista, fotógrafo, instructor de danzas folklóricas, escritor, docente universitario y licenciado del Ejército del Perú, ejerce la cátedra de Derecho Penal en la Universidad de Huánuco, institución en la cual se ha formado como abogado. Posteriormente estudió la maestría en Gestión Pública en la Universidad César Vallejo.
Con la obra "El Juego de la Justicia", incursiona en el campo de las letras y cuya temática está enfocada en el proceso judicial y cuyo trasfondo es la corrupción enquistada en el ente encargado de administrar justicia. Ha sido condecorado con la Medalla Cívica del Gobierno Regional de Huánuco, por su aporte en la defensa nacional al combatir el terrorismo en los años 80 al 2000, precisando que prestó Servicio Militar en el Ejército del Perú, en el año 1996 de cual se licenció con el grado de Sargento Primero. En el campo folklórico ha tenido innumerables reconocimientos por su labor como investigador y promotor de la cultura tradicional, cuyo aporte se ve reflejado en sus fotografías, viajes y danzas en escena.English: Lawyer, Dancer, Writer |
