Español: La primera aparición escrita del término “Charro” en México. Un sainete cómico titulado “El Charro” sobre un vaquero llamado Perucho Chaves de la hacienda de Tepango (Puebla), que viaja a la Ciudad de Puebla en navidad. Escrita y publicado en 1797 por Don José Agustín De Castro.
English: The oldest written occurrence of the term “Charro” in Mexico. A comedic sketch titled "El Charro" about a Vaquero (cowboy) named Perucho Chaves from the Tepango hacienda (Puebla), who travels to the City of Puebla during Christmas. Written and published in 1797 by Don Jose Agustín de Castro.
