Description
Deutsch: In einer geöffneten Weiselzelle der Westlichen Honigbiene sieht man ein Ei, aus dem nach drei Tagen die Bienenlarve schlüft. Diese entwickelt sich durch die besondere Fütterung mit Königinfuttersaft (Gelée Royale) zu einer jungen Bienenkönigin.
English: A queen cell of the Western honey bee was opened to show an egg. After 3 days a young larva will hatch and will be fed with royal jelly.
