Description
Deutsch: Ehemalige Schieber zur Regulierung des Elbwassers. Die beiden Schieber der Fa. Menck & Hambrock, Altona- Hamburg befinden sich auf dem Gelände des ehemaligen Wasserwerkes, das der Stadt Hamburg überlassen wurde am Falkensteiner Ufer. Die Fläche wurde umgestaltet und ist nun öffentlicher " Elbpark am Falkensteiner Ufer ". Die beiden Abdeckhauben der Schieber verbleiben dort als Industriedenkmal in Erinnerung an das ehemalige Wasserwerk, das sich zur Zeit im Umbau zur Nachnutzung befindet.
