English: Nothing fancy, I'm surprised so many people responded on Twitter.
Here you go: 1 tsp olive oil 5 extra lean turkey sausage links 1/2 green bell pepper about 1/2 cup diced onion 1 clove minced garlic 1/4 cup shredded parmesan salt and pepper (All measurements are rough estimates except eggs and sausage. I wasn't really paying attention.) Heat the oil in a skillet over medium high heat. Add garlic, onions, sausage (removed from casing) and bell pepper. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until the pepper and onion are soft, probably 3-5 minutes. Drain and cool. Mix with 5 beaten eggs (or egg substitute). Divide into 6-muffin muffin tin, either greased or lined with paper cups. (I used cups.) Top with shredded parm and cook for 20 minutes or so at 350 F. Serve with a dollop of Asian garlic & chili sauce. (The plan was to be able to microwave them for breakfasts during the week. I suspect however, they're not going to last the day. I just had one for lunch and Fraction had two for breakfast.) |
