| Description |
The Scottish capital city, looking southwards from over the River Forth. Leith Harbour, (with the Royal Yacht Britannia) the city, Arthur's Seat (an ancient volcano, centre left) and beyond, the Pentland Hills, with the lines of the artificial ski slope visible, even at this distance. Photo taken with a modern DSLR but a 45 year old manual focus pre-ai lens, (later converted to ai) - which I find great for Aerial shots. Nikon D7100 and 35mm f2.0 lens. |
