Description
Español: Edificación de principios del siglo XX que forma parte de un conjunto de dos edificios de planta cuadrada, conformados por tres niveles con techo plano y que se vinculan funcionalmente a través de cuatro puentes de mampostería, colocados en el segundo y tercer nivel. Está dotado con un espacio central con galería perimetral en el que se ubica la escalera que sirve de conexión a los diversos niveles de la estructura. Las fachadas se caracterizan por presentar una composición en la que domina la verticalidad en las líneas que definen el diseño, enfatizadas por pilastras que unifican los pisos que conforman el edificio, definiendo así un módulo donde se ubican las ventanas, también de proporciones verticales. El nivel superior remata con un volado que genera la placa que define una cornisa sobre la cual se ubica un antepecho de mampostería. En la actulidad es la sede del Museo Banco de América. Maracaibo.
