| Description |
English: Looking northeast over the intersection at Bowen Avenue and Kitchener Street. This was before the pedestrian leg was added across the far distance. In the bottom left, the "car park only" marking for the lane into the mutli-storey car park, in that strange NZ way of being written upside down. Apocrypha is that one Asian guy once parked on the road there, and was surprised at his car being towed, despite the words saying clearly "only park car", which he had of course obeyed... |
