English: Earthworks in the wood, off Binns Top Lane, Southowram The old maps do not give any clues as to what these banks and hollows were. An old packhorse track, later replaced by the present Binns Top Lane, is quite likely as the mid-20C 6" map shows a footpath running parallel to and south of Binns Top Lane. |
