Summary[edit]
DescriptionEarl Ray Tomblin and James Hoyer.jpg | West Virginia Adjutant General, Maj. Gen. James A. Hoyer, points out storm damage near Prickett's Fork, W.Va., to West Virginia Governor Earl Ray Tomblin aboard a West Virginia National Guard UH-60 Blackhawk helicopter March 3, 2012. Tomblin, Hoyer, and other state officials travelled to speak with victims of high winds caused by a large storm system that moved through the southern part of the state March 2, 2012. The West Virginia National Guard deployed crews into some of the affected areas to work with local and state authorities to assess the damage and coordinate the response of the WVNG.
