English: Staff Sgt. Aaron Clark, 628th Civil Engineer Squadron explosive ordnance disposal technician, sets up the XRS-3 X-ray generator to identify any possible hazards of the backpack, which was simulating the suspect device during an exercise on Aug. 22, 2013 at Joint Base Charleston - Weapons Station, S.C. Once x-rays are taken, EOD technicians can verify what type of hazard they're facing. The scenario was one of many that tested JB Charleston to perform their duties under heightened security conditions during a routine security exercise (U.S. Air Force photo/Tech. Sgt. Rasheen Douglas)
