| Description | The railway signalling stopped working due to the huge storm during my travell from Prague to Berlin. The signalling is designed to light red when system fail. Our train was stopped for 3 hours. The train didn't continue to Berlin, but terminated in Dresden where I arrived at midnight. No more trains from there were coming to Berlin at that time. I had to take regional line to Leipzig and from there I took train to Berlin. The train left Prague at 16:40 and was supposed to arrive at 21:20. However, the train arrived at 3:00 AM to Berlin Ostbahnof, not Seudkreuz where I wanted to arrive. By that time the S-Bahn did not operate. I had no other choise than spend another 1.5 hours in night bus trough Berlin with 2 changes to go from Ostbahnhof to Lichterfelde Ost. |
