Summary[edit]

Description
English: Shown is the order of regions of interest as they occur from N-terminal to C-terminal following the domain map of a homo sapiens Dynein. This is oriented to demonstrate the general bound position on Dynein on a microtubule. The Mirror effect allows the view to observe the Dynein from both sides of the complex. This GIF was created using protein database data located at http://www.rcsb.org/pdb/explore/explore.do?structureId=4RH7 as created by Andrew P. Carter, UCSF Chimera to visualize data, and Adobe Photoshop 2017 to animate capture still images.
