English: Driving over a unique beach During low tides, this beach at the northern end of Barra (Outer Hebrides) is used as an airfield by the British Airways (the air terminal is to the left, obviously not in the picture). Between the take-off and landing times people are allowed to drive over the beach to the other shore (you can see it in the background) where the Land Rover is coming from. |
