Español: La plataforma petrolifera ODN Ttay IV zarpó del Puerto de La Luz de Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, tras seis meses en Astican. La espectacular draga entró siendo propiedad de la compañía sueca Stena Tay y sale con una imágen nueva como propiedad de la brasileña Odebrech Oil-Gas. La operación dispuso de unservicio especial de amarradores extra al servicio de guardia asi como de practicos y remolcadores.

Esta plataforma de mas de 130m de altura esta equipada para la vida a bordo de un buen numero de trabajadores que permanecen en la misma durante meses,camarotes,cocinas, comedores asi como centros de ocio y un Helipuerto.

Esta unidad es capaz de perforar a 8.100 pies de profundidad con una capacidad de perforacion de 30.000 metros.La Stena Tay tiene una capacidad de SBOP para llegar a los 10.000 pies de profundidad. La unidad de perforación está equipado con muchas características innovadoras como el mástil de perforación hidráulicos y off-line del sistema de los stands. El sistema de manejo reduce el nivel de intervención humana, proporcionando así un entorno de trabajo más seguro.

STENA TAY es capaz de transportar todo su equipo en la cubierta para el tránsito y la operación.
