English: Dress, wedding, taupe coloured silk satin, some panels in dress have been replaced with similar but not matching silk, corseted bodice constructed in eight panels and attached to skirt, backed in brown glazed cotton (silesia), twelve (whale) bones, wide plain neck, centre back opening with fifteen eyelets for lacing, centre front shaped to point below waist, inside lining is darted horizontally across bust, wide sleeves trimmed with brown silk fringing and chenille braid, open underarms, top of sleeves trimmed with pleated strips of self fabric, cream silk pleated ribbon and self covered piping to neckline and lower edge, skirt finely cartridge pleated to waist, centre back opening, backed in (linen), constructed in eight wide panels, concealed interior pocket, hem bound in cotton brush braid, hand stitched seams worn by Getta Felsenheld Scolle, (New York)-USA, (great grandmother of donor)
