English: The drawings of an individual with Parkinson's disease included in William Gowers’ A Manual of Diseases of the Nervous System, based on the photos of Pierre D. included in Paul de Saint-Legers’ thesis. This image was held in the archives of the Queen Square Library. This original drawing by Gowers shows a level of detail lost in the etching widely adapted and reused in academic publications.. |
