| Description |
English: Drainage Ditch, Cuckmere Valley The western side of the valley was once a former salt marsh but has been turned over to pasture. Drainage ditches have been built to drain the land. This one runs east west between two others that run north-south next to the river and the edge of the Downs. The hill in the background is Walls Brow. |
