English: Doorway of house on the A6 next to Eamont Bridge, Yanwath and eamont Bridge This cottage is Grade II listed and there is a photograph on the imagesofengland site. Surprisingly the roof is of Welsh slate. The house was perhaps modernised in 1751. There is also a 19C extension at the rear. |
