Description Dominion Observatory, Ottawa, Canada. Note the clock on the dome, this is very rare for an observatory dome. When viewed at high resolution, the Roman numeral for 4 o'clock (IIII) is not in modern subtractive notation : IV, strange quirk which only applies to clocks according to WikiPedia. Built in 1905 on the Agriculture Department's Central Experimental Farm in the Ornamental Gardens.
