Description
Español: "Distintivo del Presidente, Vicepresidente, Ministros del Gobierno, Presidente del Congreso de los Diputados y Presidente del Senado, Embajadores de España, Enviados Extraordinarios, Ministros Plenipotenciarios (Jefes de Misión), y Encargados de Negocios (con cartas de Gabinete)" de acuerdo con la REGLA NÚMERO 1 del TÍTULO IV (CAPÍTULO 1) y la REGLA NÚMERO 2 del TÍTULO IV (CAPÍTULO 1) del texto consolidado del Real Decreto 1511/1977. Se describe en el Punto 1 de ambas de la siquiente manera: "Será una bandera cuadra con los colores de la bandera nacional con el escudo de España en el centro de la franja gualda."
