| Description |
English: Dismantled railway to Verney Junction 1. Looking north-west, this is the line of the former Aylesbury & Buckingham Railway, see 963232, taken from the C road between Waddesdon and Shipton Lee. At this point there used to be a road bridge over the railway, but the bridge has long been removed and the gap filled in. The line ran to Verney Junction station on the Oxford to Bletchley railway 9km to the north and was closed in July 1936, see http://underground-history.co.uk/verney.php.
