English: The gravestone of Norwegian writer Alf Larsen (1885–1967) in the churchyard/graveyard/cemetery outside Tjøme kirke, a Lutheran church on the island of Tjøme in Færder Municipality, Norway. A granite tombstone with a rosicrucian inscription in latin: Ex Deo nascimur, In Christo morimur, Per Spiritum Sanctum reviviscimus ("From God we are born, In Christ we die, In the Holy Spirit we are reborn"). Norsk bokmål: Liggende gravstein (gravminne) i granitt på grava til Alf Larsen, en norsk forfatter og polemiker som utga ei rekke diktsamlinger. Han blei født på Tjøme 22. juli 1885 og døde samme sted 12. desember 1967.

Inskripsjonen på granittsteinen lyder: «Astrid Alf-Larsen f. Blicher-Hansen 1873-1954 Dikteren Alf Larsen *22-7-1885 †12-12-1967 Ex deo nascimur/In Christo morimur/Per spiritum sanctum revivissimus». Det latinske sitatet Ex Deo nascimur, In Christo morimur, Per Spiritum Sanctum reviviscimus (feilskrevet på grava) er en treenighetsformel som blir knytta til Christian Rosenkreuz, hovedpersonen i Chymische Hochzeit Christiani Rosencreutz anno 1459 som inspirerte til rosenkorsordenen på 1600-tallet. Orda blir noen ganger forkorta til «E.D.N. I.C.M. P.S.S.R.» og betyr «Av Gud er vi født, i Kristus dør vi, gjennom Den hellige ånd gjenoppstår vi.» Rudolf Steiner, grunnleggeren av antroposofien, tolker sitatet i essayet «De tre epoker i menneskets utviklingsgang».
