English: A concave fixture was fabricated for diffusion bonding of the copper inner layer
and steel outer skin. The steel outer-skin article was blow formed and the maximum gas pressure was 7 MPa, according to FEM analysis. This shows a forming die and examples of formed steel outer skins. |
