Patient bemerkte seit einiger Zeit Verschlechterung des Sehensmit Nebel. Rechts mit — 1,0 = -so, links mit + 1,25 = * «. Das Gesichtsfeld beiderseits massig konzentrisch, verengt. Jakobson sehen auf Gelasserkrankungen beruhendenRetinitis luetica, begegnen wir hier noch anderen ophthalmoskopischen Bildern,welche gleichfalls auf Veränderungen der Blutgefässe zurückzuführen sind. 348 Die Angiopathia retinalis syphilitica. So finden wir zunächst Hämorrhagien kombiniert mit anderen ophthalmo-skopischen Erscheinungen der Netzhaut, Eigene Beobachtung: E. K. 24jähriger Schmied. Sieht seit etwa 7 Wochen auf dem rechten Augeschlechter, anfangs Flimmern. Sehschärfe rechts = 6/18> links normal. Die rechte Pupilleetwas weiter als die linke, auf Licht schwer beweglich, links normale Reaktion. Ophthalmoskopischer Befund: (vergl. Figur 116) rechts umgekehrtes Bild:Papille verschleiert, gerötet, gestrichelt, zeigt eine geringe Prominenz. Auf der Papilleweissliche Plaques und Striche bemerkbar. Nach innen oben hart an der Papille ein Extra-vasat, ebenso unten innen eine in der Aufsaugung begriffene Haemorrhagie.
