Description
English: Detail from Side B of an Attic Black-Figure Stamnos ca. 500 BCE attributed to the Michigan Painter, depicting revelers at a banquet dancing behind a man playing a lyre or cithara.

This stamnos is in the William Randolph Hearst Collection (50.8.2) at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA) and this photo (view 2) is a LACMA-designated Public Domain image.

LACMA's description is as follows:

Greece, Attica, circa 500 B.C. Furnishings; Serviceware Black-figure ceramic with added red and white Height: 13 7/16 in. (34.13cm); Diameter: 11 in. (28.0 cm) William Randolph Hearst Collection (50.8.2)
