Description
العربية: جراحة الحول: تُفصّل العضلة المستقيمة الإنسية بعد تثبيتها مسبقًا بخيوط فيكريل. يُمسك ملقط القفل كاستروبيخو بالطرف العلوي للعضلة، بينما تُقص باستعمال مقص مانسون أبلي. تُثبت الجفون باستعمال منظار كوك.
English: Strabismus surgery—medial rectus muscle being disinserted following pre-placement of vicryl sutures. A Castroviejo locking forceps is grasping the superior pole of the muscle, while a Manson-Aebli scissors does the cutting. The eyelids are being held by a Cook speculum.
Français : Chirurgie du strabisme. Désinsertion du muscle droit médian après la pose de sutures en Vicryl. La coupe est réalisée avec des ciseaux de Manso-Aebli. L'extrémité supérieuse du muscle est maintenue par des pinces bloquantes de Castroviejo. Les paupières sont maintenues par un speculum de Cook.
Română: Chirurgia strabismului. Dezinserția mușchiului drept medial după suturarea în prealabil cu fire de Vicryl. Tăietura este realizată cu foarfece Manso-Aebli. Extremitatea superioară a mușchiului este menținută cu ajutorul unei pense Castraviejo. Ochiul este ținut deschis cu ajutorul unui speculum Cook.
