(Coleman) (Ex) (Com) Clear salmon rose with purplish pencilings on lower petals. Several large well placed blooms open at a time. Tall straight plant. One of the best. CATTLEYA ROSE, (K) (Dec) Large ruffled flower of an orchid rose shade different from any other. Creamy yellow on lower petals. CECELIA. (Errey) (Ex) (Dec) Sport of Gertrude Errey. White flushed with lilac. CHAS. DICKENS. (Pf) (Ex) (Com) (Dec) Purple violet. Very tall, strong growing plant with large number of beautiful flowers open at once. One of the very best in this color. CHERRY ROSE. (K) (Dec) Large cherry red flowers on a tall strong plant. Lower petals feathered with a darker rose and creamy lines. Distinct and popular. CHICAGO. (K) (Dec) Heavily ruffled deep pink with darker blotch. Bluish line around all petals. Several open at a time. COLOR MARVEL. (K) (Dec) Very rich vermillion color. Lower petals darker. Very velvety. This is a beautiful variety but hard to describe. COMMANDER KOEHL. (Pf) (Ex) (Com) Beautiful, large, clear, blood red. Lighter than Bill Sowden. Tall plant with several large flowers open at a time. Probably the best medium red. COPPER BRONZE. (K) (Com) (Dec) (Prim. Grand.) Coppery bronze. One of the most distinctively beautiful and artistic prims in existence. Always in demand. Very popular. Very large size. COPPER GOLD. (K) (Dec) (Prim.) Beautiful gold tinged with copper. Tall slender plant. CORONADO. (Briggs) (Dec) Extremely large ruffled white with purple feather in the throat. When well grown a beautiful variety. CORYPHEE. (Pf) (Ex) Very large beautiful light shell pink with white throat. Several open. Very popular. Stems sometimes crook. CRIMSON GLOW. (Betscher) ((Ex) (Com) Large crimson. Several open. An old variety but still one of the very best, either for home or garden or for com- mercial purposes. CRINKLES. (K) (Dec) Heavily ruffled dark pink. Hardly ever enough of these bulbs to supply the demand. An old variety but still popular. CYGNUS. (K) (Prim.) (Dec) Very early beautiful salmon apricot. Fine pink lines on yellow throat. Good size. DAINTY ORANGE. (K) (Com) (Dec) (Prim.) A very beautiful light orange prim that is fine either for the garden or for artistic floral work. DESDEMONE. (Vilmorin) (Dec) Smoky purple, cream center. Large blooms and several open. One of the very best smokies. Very fine. DOMINUS. (K) (Ex) (Com) Very deep purplish red with darker throat blotches. Several open. Distinctive and good. DORCAS ALDRICH. (Dusinberre) (Dec) Rose pink overlaid with ashes of roses. Five or six open. Nice variety. Early. "Just a note to tell you that I have had great success in growing glads with the bulbs purchased from you.
